Moshe was on his path, tending to his life,
When something new caught his attention.
Curious, he turned and paused long enough to hear his name being called.
Moshe’s immediate response: Hineni-Here I am
The Mystery is calling to each of us.

On this day of retreat, we will turn and pause,
Opening to receive wisdom, support and the encouragement
To say Hineni, Here I am, awake, present and willing to respond to life’s calls.
Sitting and movement meditation and written and silent reflections will guide our way.
