AN OMER SHABBAT RETREAT online with Rabbis Benjamin Barnett, Joshua Boettiger & Yael Levy

What will sustain us in times of great unrest?
What will help us remain present in the burning world?
Contemplative practice strengthens and sustains us and helps us not be consumed by our fears and worries. Meditation and prayer can expand our perspective and capacity to hold paradox. They enable us to “taste and see” the possibility of real transformation.
During this fifth week of the Omer we are called to ground ourselves in gratitude and practice, calling ourselves to presence again and again. This week invites us to be with all that is, and through loving attention, experience the mystery that unfolds.
In this three-day Jewish Meditation retreat with Rabbis Yael Levy, Benjamin Barnett, and Joshua Boettiger, we will go deep into gratitude and presence. Guided by teachings, we will practice sitting and walking meditation, heart-full prayer, and spend a Shabbat together that we hope will meet each of you just where you are. Join us.
The retreat begins at 11AM (ET)/8AM (PT) on Friday, May 20, and ends at 2PM (ET)/11AM (PT) on Sunday, May 22.
