Meditation Sit Participation Instructions

A Way In offers the opportunity to join the sit live by phone as well as to participate by sitting with the recording that will be made available within an hour or two after the live sit ends.

We appreciate being able to continue to expand the circles of connection.

For those in countries for which our conference call service does not provide a local number (such as Canada), there are two ways to participate without incurring high phone bills. 

1. Purchase an international calling card — many of which offer inexpensive plans to call the U.S.         

2. If you have cell phone and a Wi-Fi connection, download the free "Free Conference Call" app (not the FCC HD app).  Open the app, enter your name, email address and the Online Meeting ID (info12006) where indicated and click the "join" button.  You will be given the choice of using your phone or the Internet.  Click the "internet" button.  The app should then connect you to the call through your Wi-Fi.
