The Days In Between

During these days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur let us hear this call from the prophet Isaiah:

Cry out without restraint.
Raise your voice like a shofar.
Demand truth, justice, honesty from those who lead.
Isaiah 58:1-2

In this week of turning, let’s take some time to let our elected officials know our concerns.

Let us find strength and sustenance from making our voices heard.

Isaiah, remind us:

Those who hope into the Infinite Unfolding
(those who persist and do not give up)
Will renew their strength
They will rise with wings like eagles
They will run and not grow weary
They will walk and not grow faint
Isaiah 40:31
