Music of Chesed for the Heart and Soul

Dear Friends,

I am so grateful to have begun the Omer journey.

Tradition teaches that counting the Omer is a sacred ritual that brings us into relationship with Divine emanations that are beyond, and within, all life. Through this ritual we align ourselves with these mysterious forces so that radical, expansive healing can come through us into the world.

As guides for the Omer path:

Each Monday, as the energy of the Omer week changes, we will send a short teaching, a meditation and questions for reflection to take into the week.

On Thursdays, in the midst of each Omer week, we will send a music video that lifts up a characteristic of the week, and hopefully brings energy and delight to our hearts and souls.

I invite you to take a few minutes and listen/watch the video—without doing anything else. Let this engagement be an experience of prayer. A moment of sacred connection.

May we continue to find ways to keep our spirits buoyant and may the Omer guide us with loving care.
