Today is the forty-fifth day of the Omer
Tiferet Sh’b Malchut: Beauty within Majesty

Everything is a gift from the Divine. Everything that is,
everything that will be. It is all a gift from the Eternal.
Keeping our hearts closed profanes the gift.
Keeping our hearts closed deadens the spirit.

 Practice for today:
We ask ourselves:
What gifts have I received?
What gifts have I turned away from?
Where do I find meaning?

My heart is astir with a good thing.
(Psalm 45:2)

 And always I will bless all that is.
(Psalm 145:1)
