Day 25 - Netzach Sh’b Netzach: Eternity within Eternity
Today is the twenty-fifth day of the Omer.
Netzach Sh’b Netzach: Eternity within Eternity
May we be shown the paths to travel,
May we be guided in truth.
May we bring to awareness compassion and love
Remembering they are forever.
(Psalm 25:4-6)
Everything is alive, filled with potential.
All creation makes manifest the One.
The Eternal fills each moment and calls us forward to shine.
Practice for today:
At some time during this day, pause and stand.
Bring your attention to your feet,
and feel them grounded to the earth.
Extend your shoulders back so your heart space opens;
let your hands rest facing outward by your side.
Bring your attention to the crown of your head,
take a deep breath, breathing in the Mystery.
Return your attention to the souls of your feet,
and breathe in the power of the earth.
In the palms of your hands, feel the sensations of life around you.
With a breath into your heart, feel the Mystery moving through.
When you are ready, declare:
To You, Eternal Presence, I lift my soul.
(Psalm 25:1)
