Chesed Sh’b Yesod: Love within Foundation

Today is the thirty-sixth day of the Omer

For with you is the source of life. In your light, we see light.
(Psalm 36:10)

Connecting to the love and generosity that flows to us from the Mystery.
Opening ourselves to the Source
so our actions are filled with kindness and grace

Practice for today:
Make a commitment today to listen well.
When someone is speaking, listen with your whole body.
Listen without trying to form a response.
Listen to the words being spoken
and listen to the currents underneath the words.
Practice listening with compassion.

 How essential is the flow of Divine Love.
Here we take refuge.
