Morning Meditation Sit 07.13.2017

Dear Friends,

In this week’s Torah portion, Pinchas, Moshe calls God by a new name: Elohai haruchot l’chol basar: Source of the Spirit of all Flesh. (Numbers 27:15-16)

We will sit with the awareness that the Source of all enlivens us and all creation, with the intention that this will guide us in turning toward ourselves and others with patience and love.
